The firm’s Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its team in Denver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, or New York.
Requirements
- Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements and documentation
- Manage complex deal structures and coordinate across multiple parties
- Provide practical and business-minded legal counsel to clients
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys
