Operations Superintendent (Operations Manager) - lead large-scale production in the Fresh Pork division, oversee salaried supervisors and 200+ hourly team members, ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations, drive performance, improve yields, reduce waste, and strengthen accountability.

Requirements

• 5 or more years in production or operations leadership
• Leadership: ability to lead and develop large teams
• Financial Acumen: proven experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Operational Expertise: knowledge of production planning and throughput management
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: ability to implement Lean, Six Sigma, or CI practices
