Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Cleveland-Cliffs, Cleveland Works has an immediate opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at our Cleveland, OH plant within the Maintenance, Engineering, and Utilities (MEU) High Energy Department.

Requirements

• Maintaining Company standards regarding safety, quality, and final specifications for departmental manufacturing processes
• Safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the plant electrical power distribution system, water treatment plant electrical systems, and powerhouse electrical systems
• Providing technical support to maintenance
• Data entry and analysis in ETAP or EasyPower software
• Occasional direction to electrical maintenance technicians
• Maintaining the integrity of the equipment documentation and drawing systems
• Providing training for employees where necessary
• Modeling best maintenance and engineering practices
• Understanding CAPEX priorities and working with MEU Maintenance and Operations to develop "shovel-ready" projects
• Providing specialized advice to assigned areas for the resolution of operational and functional problems and issues
• Performing other duties as assigned
