Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for supporting the operation through analysis of equipment health and recommending strategies to increase the time between overhauls. This role will serve as a technical resource for planning, scheduling, and execution of mechanical maintenance.

Requirements

• Provide engineering design and specifications for mechanical equipment and systems
• Utilize various reliability tools in support of continuous improvement
• Establish Key Processing 'Best Practices' to improve profitability
• Evaluate existing system and component capabilities by analyzing data
• Review data from preventative maintenance activities and operations
• Utilizes appropriate failure analysis techniques to determine root causes of equipment failures
• Assists in the planning of equipment outages and down turn repairs
• Assists in the establishments and assignment of preventive maintenance procedures
• May provide day-to-day supervision of the Maintenance Technicians
