Job Description
The Maintenance Reliability Engineer position is responsible for leading and directing maintenance resources to fulfill business objectives, with a focus on proactive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability best practices. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, with a focus on industrial settings
- Strong background in mechanical systems, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering
- Experience with Total Productive Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and control/capability of critical processes
