Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Reliability) or related discipline — or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2+ years of reliability, maintenance engineering, or related experience
- Experience performing or leading RCA, FMEA, or structured problem-solving methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret CMMS data
- Working knowledge of maintenance strategies within a regulated manufacturing environment
