Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to provide technical engineering expertise for determination of the basic causes of equipment failure; the development and implementation of corrective actions; the development and installation of new equipment technologies and establish appropriate maintenance procedures to improve equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Determine causes of equipment failures
• Failure analysis techniques to determine root causes of equipment failures and initiate corrective actions
• Assist in planning of equipment outages, downturn repairs, and preventive maintenance procedures
• Coordinate inspections
• Spares and inventory cost controls
• Perform safety and quality audits / observations within the department
• Assist in the development, review, and update of JSHA’s to eliminate safety hazards
