Reliability Engineer

The primary responsibility of this position is managing the preventative and predictive maintenance programs including: non-destructive testing and analysis (ultrasonic, vibration, and thermography), lubrication, and key performance indicator monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• Skilled in team solving techniques.
• Strong equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with cost analysis and budgeting.
• Experience with root cause analysis methods and procedures.
• Ability to motivate and empower direct report and/or team members.
• Working knowledge of reliability centered maintenance and predictive maintenance technologies.
• Strong report writing and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong computer skills; Microsoft Office experience, Excel experience, and MS Project knowledge;
