Shift Manager Operations

The Shift Manager Operations is responsible for the safe operation of the facility, prioritizing, assigning, directing, and reviewing work of Plant Operators and the control room based on standard work, and process conditions across the facility.

Requirements

• Demonstrate safe work practices and lead work safely.
• Plan and prioritize work assignments from the weekly work order packet on a daily basis.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of completed work assignments.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to minimize variation between shifts and implement best practices.
