Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA, CNS) - Family Medicine, Newcomerstown

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA, CNS) to join our Family Medicine team at Cleveland Clinic Newcomerstown. The successful candidate will provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care focused on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Requirements

• APRN or PA graduate from an accredited program
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist
• Licensure to practice and prescribe in the applicable state(s)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (may be required based on work setting)
