Job Description
Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a nationally certified Advanced Practice Provider (NP, PA, CNS) to join the primary care team at Doylestown, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, delivering high quality, evidence-based care focused on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Requirements
- Conduct thorough medical histories
- Perform complete physical examinations
- Initiate appropriate lab, radiology tests
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications
- Coordinate care across specialties
- Educate patients
- Participate in medical team rounds
- Collaborate with nursing, medical and other healthcare team members
