Manufacturing Engineer I

Manufacturing Engineer I will support the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, efficiency, and safety.

Requirements

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction
• Support the development and implementation of quality control systems
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues
• Provide technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues
• Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and other engineering projects
• Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of engineering activities
• Prepare technical reports and documentation as required
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in safety audits and initiatives to maintain a safe working environment
