Technical Solution Architect

Clickatell is looking for a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical expertise across the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales solution design to post-sales implementation and ongoing optimization. The role will drive sales growth and customer satisfaction by crafting tailored solutions, mapping integrations, and guiding implementation teams to deliver high-impact Chat Commerce solutions worldwide.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in enterprise pre-sales support
• Minimum 3 years' experience in post-sales solution implementation
• Proficiency in customer experience design
• Expertise in mapping and designing integrations between enterprise systems
• Experience with high-volume transactional solutions and scalable system architectures
