
Job description
The Solutions Architect partners with the field sales team to discover and understand customer business challenges, complex processes, and architectural landscapes in order to build world-class integrated solutions leveraging Docusign's Agreement Cloud platform and partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with the field sales team to cultivate and secure net-new business within an assigned territory and targeted accounts, drive bigger, faster, and more repeatable complex and strategic deals, and uncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture.
This position requires 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role selling enterprise level software, strong communication and project management skills, and experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
