
Job description
The Presales Solutions Architect role is a key representative of the Docusign Sales team who partners with the Commercial and Enterprise field sales teams to understand customer business challenges, complex processes, and architectural landscapes, and to build world-class integrated solutions leveraging Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform and related solutions.
The Solutions Architect will establish technical credibility and maintain expert-level knowledge of Docusign products, leverage product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical Q&A, business process diagrams, and product roadmap discussions, and engage in meaningful business and technical conversations with key stakeholders.
This is a highly technical, customer-facing role requiring strong architecture capability, platform thinking, and the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders across APJ. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years’ experience in a technical presales role selling enterprise-level software, and 3+ years of experience working with Docusign products or similar agreement, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or workflow automation platforms.
