Job Description
Client Accelerators is hiring a Junior Creative Strategist to lead creative ideation and performance across their elite portfolio of founder-led clients. In this role, you’ll operate at the intersection of creativity and performance, ensuring that we consistently beat projected CPAs and generate winners that scale.
Requirements
- 4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles
- Proven track record managing creative teams (copywriters, editors, designers)
- Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working with data-driven decision-making and KPIs
- Prior experience in coaching and consulting industries is a plus
