Outsource Art Coordinator - Characters

We are seeking a talented Outsource Art Coordinator to join our art team. The ideal candidate will have strong art direction and leadership skills to manage and provide detailed feedback to external art teams.

Requirements

• Work closely with the art teams, sharing feedback and keeping things running smoothly between internal and external teams.
• Create clear documentation, references, and examples to help external teams understand art requirements and workflows.
• Review incoming art assets, give constructive feedback, and make sure everything meets our quality standards before approval.
• Be able to create high quality models, environments if required.
• Implement approved assets into the game engine and make any necessary tweaks to ensure everything is polished and game ready.
• To coordinate with the art team leads to schedule and track incoming assets.
