Assistant Branch Manager

Responsible for performing MSR levels I and II functions, providing sales and service delivery, and performing supervisory duties. Interaction with senior management required.

Requirements

• Assist members with department-related functions
• Assist Branch manager and VP of Operations, attend meetings, and provide research for projects
• Answer questions about products and services, provide problem resolution, and assist MSR II staff with technical problems
• Provide training to MSR II employees and identify cross sell opportunities
• Maintain records and process required reports
