Climb Credit Union is seeking a motivated and people-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, coach frontline staff, and ensure members receive exceptional service every day.
Requirements
- Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations, staffing, and service delivery.
- Lead by example through hands-on member service and problem resolution.
- Coach, train, and mentor Member Service Representatives to strengthen performance, confidence, and engagement.
- Serve as a technical and regulatory resource for complex member transactions and products.
- Participate in branch meetings and collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives and projects.
- Identify and facilitate relationship-based cross-sell opportunities that align with member needs.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Act as Branch Manager in their absence and assist with supervisory responsibilities.
