Operations Engineer (Internal + SaaS)

Clinical Architecture is seeking an Operations Engineer (Internal + SaaS) to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. The role is responsible for the implementation, operation, and ongoing support of internally facing systems and Clinical Architecture’s SaaS environments. This position focuses on ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and alignment with product and engineering needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; College or University degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in application implementation, internal platform support, SaaS operations, or equivalent technical roles
• Experience supporting internally managed or hosted production environments required
• Experience working with Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Product Support teams strongly preferred
