We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide a proactive, effective and efficient HR service to internal customers and people managers as part of the HR Operations team.
Requirements
- Providing professional support and advice to internal customers on a range of employment issues
- Assisting people managers in dealing with HR matters with confidentiality and to appropriate time scales
- Facilitating the development of HR skill in managers by advising and training on matters of employment law and best employment practice
