Job Description
The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking an Associate Director, HR Operations and Systems Innovation to lead the strategic transformation of HR operations, driving efficiency, automation, and operational excellence. This role will directly manage two staff and provide strategic direction to a broader operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, process improvement, or organizational transformation
- Proven track record leading operational excellence initiatives
