Job Description
The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Program Officer to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning systems for Project iLIFT in Korba, India. The role will focus on transforming complex data into clear, decision-oriented insights to support program management, learning, and reporting.
Requirements
- Collate, clean, consolidate, and manage high-volume data from multiple program sources
- Perform routine and ad-hoc quantitative/qualitative analyses
- Design, update, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance trackers
- Lead preparation of high-quality reports and knowledge products
- Conduct regular field visits and build field staff capacity
- Align M&E indicators, data flows, and reporting timelines with technical, operations, and digital health teams
- Contribute to adaptive learning processes and undertake additional analytical or documentation tasks as required
