Staff Product Designer, Platform

Clio is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their growing Product Design team. The role is available to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Product Design experience, a proven track record of successfully leading design functions, and mastery of their craft including driving UX research and strong visual & interaction design skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Design experience
• Proven track record of successfully leading design functions across a product area
• Mastery of your craft including driving UX research, strong visual & interaction design skills, prototyping, and UX best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Low ego and open-mindedness
• Experience building SaaS products
• Experience building for SMBs or Consumers
• A keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
• Experience with systems thinking and working on platform teams in collaboration with product and feature teams
