Job Description
Clipboard is a fast-growing Series C marketplace looking for a Collections Account Manager to help manage billing processes for big and complex workplace customers. The CAM will resolve billing issues, conduct outbound calls, and build trust with providers and healthcare executives.
Requirements
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and resolving billing issues
- Conducting high volumes of outbound calls to connect with customers about past-due account balances
- Navigating negotiations and evaluating tradeoffs between risk mitigation and growth potential
- Resolving customer invoice disputes and other billing-related issues
