Job Description
Cloaked is a privacy startup looking for an IT Generalist to be the go-to technology partner for their NYC office. The role involves day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and administration of office equipment and systems.
Requirements
- Solid experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role
- Working knowledge of macOS and Windows environments
- Familiarity with identity/access management and SaaS administration concepts
- Clear, direct communicator with strong organizational habits
- High reliability and attention to detail
