Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager position oversees the maintenance and changeover crews to manage and oversee continuous improvement towards plant reliability and OEE. The role coordinates mechanical and electrical work with plant managers and support staff, develops preventive/predictive maintenance programs, and manages the budget.

• Develop and set crew expectations
• Forecast, develop, and manage the maintenance budget
• Champion precision maintenance effort
• Manage crew planning and scheduling
• Communicate with maintenance and operational personnel
• Work closely with vendors and regulatory agencies
• Manage computer-based maintenance programs
• Lead staff development
• Promote and actively use maintenance tools
• Participate in capital projects
• Ensure supply chain awareness
• Perform other duties as assigned
