Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing maintenance activities, improving plant operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They will lead the Maintenance team to meet productivity targets and performance standards, and foster a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic, preferably in the Packaging Industry
- Management experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement roles
- Previous experience working in a Lean environment
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
