Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing, planning, and issuing work orders to implement equipment modifications and preventative/corrective maintenance. Prepares and coordinates maintenance resources, identifies maintenance issues, and tracks KPIs. Ensures regulatory compliance, monitors budget, and recruits and trains maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management.
• 5-7 years of experience in Industrial Automation, PLCs, Pneumatics and Hydraulics, Injection Molding.
• Management experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement roles.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus.
