Job Description
Maintenance Shift Technician responsible for troubleshooting and performing maintenance on production equipment, leading repair efforts, and driving continuous improvement efforts through TPM. Must have high school diploma or GED, 5-7 years of maintenance experience, and formal training in mechanical maintenance.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and perform basic and advanced maintenance on production equipment
- Complete root cause investigations for complaints
- Interpret statistical data and lead repair efforts
- Compile and analyze data to determine appropriate countermeasures
- Assist team members in developing standardized work
- Work within OPEX principles and drive maintenance towards continuous improvement
- Ensure safe and high-quality equipment on the production floor
- Provide technical expertise for repairing equipment and assist other personnel
- Lead by example and demonstrate responsibility, motivation, and attitude
