Job Description
As a Business Development Head, you oversee the entire business development function within your organization, setting strategic direction, managing a team, and driving initiatives to expand the company's market presence, increase revenue, and foster sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred)
- 4+ years in business development, sales, or strategic leadership roles, with proven success in driving growth
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and financial acumen, with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities with a visionary mindset
- Willingness to travel, knowledge of global markets, and adaptability in dynamic environments
