Job description
We are looking for a pioneering & dynamic 3rd Line Engineer to join a fast-growing Consultancy practice. The consultancy offers high-level support to help clients deliver their projects. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of technologies and be able to provide technical support and guidance to customers and junior staff.
As a 3rd Line Engineer, you will be a key technical contact for customers, provide training and support to junior staff, work through assigned Service Desk tickets, attend customer sites, and visit datacentres.
Ideal candidates will live within commuting distance of our Cardiff office and have a full driving license. You will be joining a team of dedicated and hardworking individuals who care deeply about work-life balance.
