Perform problem diagnosis, guide users through step-by-step solutions, and provide technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. You will also facilitate one-to-one end user training and maintain site technical documentation.
This role requires a dynamic individual with technical skills in Windows Server Platforms, Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365, PC/Server Hardware, AD + AAD, DNS, and VMWare. You will take responsibility for your continual professional development and ensure up-to-date industry and technical knowledge.
