Customer Solutions Engineer

Cloudflare is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to help build a better Internet. As a trusted technical advisor, you will work with Enterprise customers to understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent. You will be part of a regional team and will work closely with Customer Success Managers to drive customer success and expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of prior post-sales customer relationship management
• Deep understanding of how the internet works
• Ability to proactively identify and solve problems
• Technical curiosity and passion
• Ability to manage a project and work to deadlines
• Fluent in English and Spanish, proficiency in a third language is preferred
