Job Description
As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will be the trusted technical advisor throughout a customer’s lifecycle, helping them understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager and other teams to ensure customer success and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior post-sales customer relationship management
- Deep understanding of how the internet works and the desire to expand that knowledge
- Experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash)
- Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in a third language (Spanish or Italian) is preferred
