Manager, BDR - SAARC

Cloudflare is looking for a Manager, BDR - SAARC to lead the operational infrastructure for the Business Development team in India. The successful candidate will have extensive sales management experience and be responsible for driving effective handoffs with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of total professional experience
• 5+ years specifically in a leadership capacity overseeing BDR/SDR or Inside Sales functions
• Strong understanding of the tech landscape across India
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding quota
• Experience building career development programs for high performing individual contributors
