Job Description
Cloudflare is looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to provide technical expertise and support to Enterprise customers. The successful candidate will be a trusted technical advisor, responsible for onboarding, customer success, and expansion through relationship building and technical guidance. Fluency in German and English is required, along with a degree in IT and 6+ years of experience in technical post-sales roles in cybersecurity or internet technology.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Bachelor or comparable degree in the IT field (Master's degree a plus)
- At least 6 years of prior experience in technical post-sales roles in cybersecurity or internet technology
- Deep understanding of how the internet works, including TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP, reverse and forward proxies, security aspects of an internet property, and performance aspects of an internet property
- Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash)
- Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
- Technical curiosity and passion for staying up to date with Cloudflare's specific products and industry trends
