Senior Solutions Engineering Manager, West

Cloudflare is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineering Manager to manage cross-functional, full sales life cycle technical activities for Cloudflare customers in the Western US. The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and business acumen, as well as experience with internet technologies and cloud technologies. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology, ability to explain complex technical concepts, and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or another related field
• Experience with internet technologies / protocols and / or cloud technologies
• Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and identifying technical proof activities
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Successful track record of working and influencing matrixed organizations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus
