Software Engineer - Traffic Management

The Traffic Management team is responsible for the systems that dynamically route traffic flows into, through, and from Cloudflare's global network. This team is at the heart of Cloudflare's mission to make the internet faster, safer, and more reliable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience with networking and/or distributed systems
• Systems-level programming experience in Go, Python, Rust, C, or C++
• A solid grasp of networking protocols in Layers 3 and 4 of the OSI Model
• Knowledge/interest in HTTP, TLS, and CDN networks
• Experience/interest in network performance monitoring and tuning
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
