Technical Trainer, AI Product

Cloudforce is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs to assist with change management and empower clients to optimize their adoption of nebulaONE. The Technical Trainer will provide guidance and support to clients to enhance their cloud operations, unlock the full potential of AI-powered platforms, and drive business success.

Requirements

• Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions internally and to clients on nebulaONE
• Tailor training content and delivery methods for internal purposes and/or to meet the specific needs of our clients
• Lead interactive Promptathons, where clients work hands-on to build and refine AI prompts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop training materials such as SOPs, technical documentation, presentations, and exercises
• Manage associated repositories and content created for training and/or change management purposes
• Perform live demonstrations and hands-on labs to illustrate concepts and provide practical guidance to clients
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft and AI advancements and best practices
