Maintenance Technician II - Houston, TX

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and complex planned preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, perform repairs on HVAC components, and maintain and operate Building Management Systems (BMS).

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant technical experience
• HVAC and/or Refrigeration certifications
• MEP engineering experience for an HVAC servicing company or large commercial / hospitality entity
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel from site to site when needed
