Job Description
Fogelman is hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for Caldwell Apartments in Katy, West Houston. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certified, and proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred
- HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
