Job Description
Fogelman is a nationally recognized, fully integrated multifamily real estate company hiring a certified Maintenance Technician to join the team at Artesian on Westheimer, located in the Energy Corridor of Houston. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC certified, and strong customer service skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in apartment maintenance
- HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
- Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair
- Proficient in use of computers and online applications
- Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred
