Job Description
We're looking for an experienced certified Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Aster Sugar Land. You'll be responsible for completing maintenance service requests and repairs, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred
- HVAC experience with certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
- Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair
- Proficient in use of computers and online applications
