Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of CRE roles: acquisitions, leasing, development, project management, construction, underwriting, asset management
• Proven success managing high-impact, fast-moving searches across multiple geographies
• A strategic partner who can influence leaders, advise on talent markets, and drive clarity in role definition and leveling
• Exceptional communicator able to build trust with senior stakeholders and candidates
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
• Mission-first mindset—comfortable operating with urgency and extreme ownership
