Requirements
- First work experience in the field of business, project management or software development
- Agile mindset
- Solid knowledge of agile methods, techniques, and tools
- Practical experience as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager
- Basic understanding of agile scaling
- Communication strength, empathy, and conflict resolution competence
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method
