Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will coach multiple high-qualified software development teams and ensure that agile principles are lived and continuously developed. You will support the teams' self-organization and create a challenging, agile working environment where high performance is possible in the long term.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development, ideally in complex enterprise or regulated environments
- Completed higher education (preferably in computer science, business informatics or a comparable MINT study program) with very good grades; relevant Scrum certifications (e.g. PSM, CSM) are a strong plus
- Excellent applied knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and safe handling of collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar solutions
- Fluent German skills and very good English skills in word and writing, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, precisely, and address-specifically
- Communication-strong, enthusiastic about your topics, act reflectively, constructively-critically, and are characterized by a high degree of empathy, self-responsibility, and professionalism
