Senior Principal Cloud Development Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Principal Cloud Development Engineer with 12–15 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who drives innovation across the full software development lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Design and evolve cloud-enabled, enterprise-scale CVAD systems, drive technical direction for core platform architecture, and lead delivery from concept to deployment within Agile frameworks.

Requirements

• Expert level in C++/C# (preferred) or Java/Python
• Solid systems-level foundations
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Extensive experience in programming on Windows/Linux platforms
• Hands-on experience designing and building large-scale on-premises and cloud services
• Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting complex production environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and work across global teams
