Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs necessary to meet CloudTen Residential's high standards for property quality and curb appeal.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
- General computer skills, including operating a mobile device
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays
