Job Description
Maintenance Technician responsible for performing maintenance and repairs, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager in property upkeep, and ensuring property quality and curb appeal. Responsible for maintenance and repairs, property inspections, collaboration and documentation, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting)
- Valid driver's license
- General computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to maintain a flexible, available schedule
